Another week, another successful gambling week. While Jon Rahm struggled on the weekend throwing him outside the top 20, our guy Will Zalatoris propelled himself inside the top 10, with a T-6 finish which made our week in the black.

As the excitement of major championship golf will have to wait for the Masters in November, we travel to Punta Cana, Dominican Republic for the Corales Puntacana Resort & Club Championship.

Our guy Will Zalatoris after his successful coming out the greater golf world has him at the top of the odds list for this week. Alongside Zalatoris, Canadiens  Mackenzie Hughes and Corey Connors fill up the top three spots.

With all of the eyes on Zalatoris, we will look outside the top players for a chance to cash in this week.

(All odds according to golfodds.com):

Favorites:

Sam Burns 18/1 - Burns who was featured in golf.com's 2019 magazine entitled, "The Future? Game On!" has yet to find the winner's circle. But if all of the predictions surrounding him come to fruition, it should happen sooner than later. With a weaker field, as most players are taking a break, this should be a good opportunity for the LSU grad to make his mark in the game.

Thomas Detry 30/1 - After a dissapointing weekend at the US Open, Detry did happen to play very well at Winged Foot at a very difficult golf course. With a much easier setup, along with the good form the Belgian has shown recently on the PGA Tour, as well as the European Tour, this should be a good chance for Detry to capture a victory, or a Top 20 at the very least.

Sepp Straka 35/1 - The 27-year-old Austrian in his third season seems to always be creeping around the Top  20. A guy who doesn't get a lot of television coverage, appears to be a staple of the leaderboard in its third scroll downwards. Straka excelled at the Safeway Open a couple weeks ago with a Top-15 finish to go along with three Top 10s last season.

Longshots:

Will Gordon 60/1 - While not as long as our guy Will Zalatoris last week, Gordon can't be glossed over. Gordon who earned his PGA Tour Card at the Travler's Champinoship last season with a solo third place became a rooting interest for a lot of people. While Gordon appeared to be the underdog, he is nothing but that. At Vanderbilt, Gordon led the Commodores to the NCAA Championships and in 2019 earned SEC Player of the Year Honors.

Justin Suh 125/1 - Like Will Gordon and Sam Burns, Justin Suh has had very high expectations coming out of college. Unlike the to previously mentioned players, Suh has yet to find his bearings on the PGA Tour as of yet. Suh was a four time All- American at USC and holds multiple records at the school, including the most wins in a season (5). Given the weaker field, Suh should be able to make a cut as well as do a little bit more.
